We are very excited to report that Blue Matter has joined the Vault Consulting 50 for 2020, earning a ranking as one of the 50 best consulting firms to work for in North America. This was our first year participating in Vault’s annual survey. Among all consulting firms surveyed, Blue Matter ranked #30. Among boutique firms, Blue Matter earned a #7 ranking.
If you’re not familiar with the Vault rankings, here’s a little background. Vault.com is a key resource for job seekers and others, providing information on employers across a broad range of industries. Management Consulting is one of the industries that Vault has tracked for many years. Each year, Vault surveys consulting team members from a wide range of firms, asking them about various factors, including corporate culture, work/life balance, diversity, compensation, innovation, and a host of others. Based on the responses, the firms are ranked.
Blue Matter performed very well overall. However, we performed exceptionally well in a number of specific areas. Click here for the highlights.

The rankings above are for North America only. In just over a month (September 24), Vault will release its 2020 rankings for Europe. We’ll share those rankings when they are released. We can’t say much about it yet…but we know that we did really well!
