On 24 June 2021, Breakfast Club members participated in a live discussion, facilitated by Blue Matter, that addressed a key question: Is patient centricity always critical?
This question was brought up during a previous Breakfast Club as some participants challenged the assumption that patient centricity is critical in everything a biopharmaceutical company does. Group members pooled their knowledge and experience to provide answers.
In this paper, we share the group’s insights. Rather than providing a simple outline or summary, we continue the approach used in Breakfast Club #8: We present the group’s insights by incorporating them into case study approach.
