Blue Matter team conducted 15 one-on-one interviews with customer-facing senior vice presidents and vice presidents from 11 biopharma companies between September 2024 and February 2025. The conversations addressed a wide range of subjects that customer-facing organizations are dealing with today, including the impact of innovative treatments, health system consolidation, and new sources of pricing pressure.
