For the second time, Blue Matter has earned a spot in the annual Vault Consulting 50 list! We’re excited to be ranked as one of the 50 best consulting firms to work for in North America. Among all consulting firms surveyed, Blue Matter ranked #19, up from the #30 position last year. Among boutique firms, Blue Matter moved up two notches from #7 to #5.
Vault.com is a key resource for job seekers and others, providing information on employers across a broad range of industries. Management Consulting is one of the industries that Vault has tracked for many years. Each year, Vault surveys consulting team members from a broad range of firms, asking them about various factors, including corporate culture, work/life balance, diversity, compensation, level of challenge, level of prestige, business outlook, and others. Based on the responses, the firms are ranked.
In addition to rising to the #19 spot overall, we improved our ranking in 14 of the 18 categories.

The rankings above are for North America only. On January 19, Vault will release its 2021 rankings for firms in Europe. We’ll share those rankings when they are released. While we can’t provide specifics yet, we’re very happy about those results, too!
