Beth Ahlers leads Blue Matter Academy, Blue Matter’s own, in-house learning and development (L&D) organization. She is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning programs that help team members continually develop their capabilities throughout their careers. This encompasses role-specific training that spans the continuum from foundational consulting skills through senior leadership development. Beth has been involved in instructional design and L&D since 2001. Prior to joining Blue Matter in 2018, her work experience included Booz Allen Hamilton, Automation Technologies, Inc., Cornerstone OnDemand, and Karl Storz Endoskope. She earned an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Development from George Mason University and a BA in English from SUNY Geneseo.
