We are deeply outraged and shattered by the death of George Floyd, yet another death among too many horrific killings driven by racism and hatred. We stand together with Black Americans and all those who are affected by systemic and learned racism.
Our Blue Matter team—which is made up of talented people from more than 20 different nationalities and a diverse range of ethnic and racial backgrounds—strives to create a diverse, open and safe working environment. We do not tolerate racism or oppression of any form and support all peaceful means of stopping it. All are welcome at Blue Matter.
In the coming days and weeks, we will be increasing our commitment to organizations that are working constructively and peacefully to address the root issues of racism. We will use our collective skills to bring change and remove any barriers to equality within our communities and beyond.
