Stephen Dukacz is a biopharma and life sciences consulting veteran, with a professional background that began in 2001. His experience spans national, regional, and global roles, as well as a broad range of therapeutic areas. His expertise spans Medical Affairs leadership, evidence planning, and communications, including scientific communication platforms, publications, congress strategy, advisory boards, and MLR processes. He joined the Blue Matter team in 2025.  Prior to that, he had a long and successful career at Pfizer, serving in a range of leadership roles that spanned clinical development, brand management, and medical affairs.  His biopharma background also includes medical affairs leadership roles at Ipsen and Sanofi.  Stephen earned a Ph.D. at Western University, focusing on Cardiovascular, Renal Physiology, and Vascular Biology Clinical Research Methodologies.  He also holds an MSc in Health Economics, Policy, and Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
