Stephen Dukacz is a Medical Affairs leader with over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience at the country, regional, and global levels. His expertise covers Medical Affairs strategy, field medical leadership, medical excellence, and communications, including scientific communication platforms, publications, congress strategy, advisory boards, and MLR processes.

Stephen joined Blue Matter in 2025, bringing deep experience from leadership roles at Pfizer, Ipsen, and Sanofi across clinical development, brand management, and medical affairs. He advises clients on medical and field medical strategy, scientific communications, and medical excellence.
