Stacey leads Blue Matter’s People & Performance Practice.  She brings 25+ years of experience successfully designing and executing strategic transactions and organizational transformations. Her work has spanned multiple industries, though she has a particular focus on life sciences.

Her robust background includes deep expertise in human resources, mergers & acquisitions (including leadership roles in multiple transactions, post-merger integrations, corporate inversions, and more), alliance management, and strategic leadership.  Formerly, she was a Partner in PwC’s Deals practice focused on integrations, separations, value creation, and change management. Stacey has also held business, finance and HR roles at Bausch Health, Mylan (Viatris), Perrigo, Fidelity Investments, PerkinElmer, and Credit Suisse First Boston

Stacey earned her Ed.D. at The Wharton School, an MPS in Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University, and a BS at Penn State University.
