Dr. Shaleen Multani joined Blue Matter in 2025.  She has been working in life science organizations since 2009.  Due to her diverse background, she possesses a unique blend of scientific acumen, project leadership, and business expertise. She has varied experience related to sales, marketing, publications and regulatory communications, and product life cycle management across therapeutic areas including oncology, diabetes, neuroscience, and immunology. Prior to joining the Blue Matter team, she served in roles at Eli Lilly, Cactus Communications, Positive Bioscience, Reliance Life Sciences, and in hospital laboratories.  Shaleen earned her Ph.D. in cancer research at SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). She also holds an MSc in biological science from NMIMS and an MSc in cancer biology from Kingston University.
