Sarah Cotter has been providing consulting services to the biopharma industry since 2018, bringing extensive experience in oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases. Her expertise spans launch strategy, new product planning, and organizational design. She is passionate about helping first-launch biotech companies navigate the transition from clinical development to commercial success.

Prior to joining Blue Matter in 2023, she worked in a range of strategic advisory roles at IQVIA and Trinity Life Sciences. She earned her MSc in Management from the Technical University of Munich and an BSc in Biology from Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada.
