Jordan Burgess is an Associate Principal at Blue Matter with expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapies and research. Her diverse background in the life sciences covers more than 17 years, with experience spanning academic research, the biopharma industry, and strategic consulting. Before joining the Blue Matter team in 2026, she was Senior Director of Global Commercial Strategy and Operations at Gilead Sciences. Prior to that, she provided strategic guidance to biopharmaceutical clients at Hall & Partners.  Jordan earned an MA in Clinical Psychology at Towson University and a BA in Psychology at Wake Forest University. She also holds a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
