Ify Onyeaso leads Blue Matter’s specialized Medical Communications team. She brings 20 years of medical communications and growth leadership experience, partnering with Medical and Commercial teams to translate strategy into clear, scientifically grounded communications and engagement programs. Prior to Blue Matter, Ify built and scaled the US Medical Communications business for Lucid Group, holding senior roles spanning business unit leadership, client partnerships, and US growth. Her experience encompasses integrated communications planning, high-impact KOL engagement, behavior-change initiatives, and omnichannel education across complex therapeutic markets.

She has an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy, International Practice and Policy from the University of London and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Lagos.
