Gerdi is a veteran expert in market access strategy and execution, with 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Before joining Blue Matter in 2022, Gerdi served in a range of market access leadership roles covering diverse therapeutic areas and geographies, including Europe, Asia, Middle-East and Latin America.  Her background includes positions at Pfizer, Roche, and Galapagos.

Gerdi earned a Master of Pharmacy degree from North-West University and an MBA from the University of the Free State in South Africa.
