Florian brings 7+ years of management consulting in life sciences with expertise in strategy development and portfolio management. He has a proven ability to align executive teams, optimize portfolios, and drive value through advanced forecasting, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation. He brings a strong academic background in decision sciences with continuous contributions and thought leadership.

Prior to joining the Blue Matter team, Florian was a consulting leader at Strategic Decisions Group (SDG).  He earned his Ph.D. in Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University.  He also earned an M.Sc. and B.S. in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University.
