Eva Kersey has been guiding pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology clients since 2007. She brings broad cross-functional experience across the value chain, with specialized expertise in therapy and franchise strategy, portfolio optimization, and pricing, access, and evidence strategy with a particular focus on development-stage assets.  Prior to joining Blue Matter in 2025, she held consulting and Partner roles at ClearView Healthcare Partners, IQVIA, IMS Consulting, and PHP (now part of Accenture).

Eva holds an MBA from the University of Bayreuth, an MA in International Marketing from the University of Nottingham, and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
