Emily Schultz joined the Blue Matter team in 2024.  She is a consulting Manager, helping emerging and established pharmaceutical companies implement beneficial ways of working, make thoughtful and informed decisions, and develop impactful strategies.  Prior to Blue Matter, she served biopharma clients as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse.  Emily earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
