Bill has been involved with life sciences for 15 years.  For more than 7 years, he has provided strategic guidance to biopharma companies.  Prior to Blue Matter, Bill worked at ICON plc and Jupiter Life Science Consulting.  He brings focused expertise in market access, oncology, rare diseases, infectious diseases, and gene therapy.

Bill earned his Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara.  He also earned a master’s degree in pharmaceutical strategy from the Keck Graduate Institute.
